2.6 地面后滚受身
地面后滚受身时身体先下蹲,然后臀部、背部依次接触地面。接着头偏向一侧,以肩为翻滚点,双臂拍地助力,完成翻滚。注意翻滚过程中脚先着地,避免膝盖先着地。
