3　Terms and Definitions

For the purpose of this Standard，the following terms and definitions shall be applied.

3.0.1　Absorber

Equipment used to remove SO2 from the flue gas by using a physical or chemical treatment method as appropriate.The equipment is a major single component used for the wet flue gas desulphurization process.

3.0.2　Glass flake

A glass material that looks like fish flake.

3.0.3　Glass resin flake A composite resin mortar of which the major base material is acid-proof resin，the aggregate is glass flake and the filler is other functional additives.

3.0.4　Mist eliminator

Equipment used in wet flue gas desulphurization process to remove droplet entrained by the wet flue gas.
